High QA is launching 360 Core, a web-based version of its manufacturing quality software. 360 Core, based on the HQA 360 platform, can enable users to collaborate with quality data in a single database that can be hosted on premise or on a private, secured cloud server. This CMMC compliant toolset enables users to plan jobs in minutes with auto ballooning (2D and 3D), collect data seamlessly from gages and CMMs, quickly produce FAI and PPAP reports and more.
High QA is also releasing a 3D MBD plug-in that is said to work with any source native CAD data and QIF. The company is unveiling a way to automate measuring data collection from any device, as well.
Additionally, High QA is demonstrating its 360 Hub at the show. In this release, the 360 Hub is said to leverage HQA Core’s seamlessly and automate connectivity between buyers and suppliers to exchange data quoting to FAI/PPAP reports submission. This can remove paper trails, non-value-added work, errors and delays.
